TAIS Psychometric Analysis and Coaching
Whilst not essential for coaching engagements, psychometric tools can provide additional insight to identify developmental areas. This can accelerate and confirm key focus areas and allows for the best possible return on your time and investment.
The Attentional and Interpersonal Style (TAIS) Inventory is my preferred psychometric assessment. I am certified to administer and debrief this instrument.
The tool is used globally, to identify individual and team performance capabilities - specifically how to optimize performance under pressure. This instrument identifies what you tend to pay attention to, along with what you typically miss, how you process information, how you make decisions and 15 other key performance indicators.
TAIS is used by corporations, Olympic athletes, professional sports teams and elite military groups.
Depending on your requirements, we can use TAIS for your further development:
- As the basis of our coaching engagement, to design a performance improvement program, based on the results
- As a one off engagement where I analyze and debrief the TAIS results with you, for your own use

How Executive Coaching Works
We start with an exploratory call or meeting.
After about thirty minutes getting to know each other, we will know if we are a good fit. I will answer any questions and have a good idea by the end of our conversation what you are looking for. If we are not a good fit, we call it a day. No hard feelings!
If we decide to work together, we will agree to an initial coaching period of three months. We will plan upfront how often we schedule our one hour coaching calls. The power of coaching arises in-between our calls, when you implement and try out what we discuss.
Based on your requirements I will quote you my fees upfront. For ongoing clients who desire monthly or quarterly check-ins, we can arrange a retainer agreement.
If you choose, we can include the TAIS assessment to provide the foundation of our work together.
Importantly, we will build a clear path through your challenges and developmental areas and toward leveraging your capabilities, skills and capacity.
